Designed to provide protection in cold and wet environments, the Outpost Gloves are warm, waterproof, durable gloves for tactical operations. The palms, fingers, and fourchettes are constructed of water-resistant leather, with touch-screen sensitive leather on the index finger and thumb. The inside of the glove combines a waterproof, breathable Gore-Tex® membrane with warm, water-resistant, siliconized, lofted polyester insulation. The hybrid inner lining consists of a Polartec® Power Stretch® Fleece w/DWR on the palm side with brushed tricot on back of hand that is a laminated to the insulation. This construction technique enhances the fit of the glove, melding the shell, Gore-Tex® insert, insulation, and lining into a cohesive, highly functional tool to protect the user from the elements.
